I was having trouble with my ignition switch. (it would not turn off) when I dropped it off the service advisor told me that it may be up to 8 days before they could look at it... 8 day later they told me it needed a new ignition switch.. and that the item was back ordered and estimated delivery was mid April. I ask if there was any other alternative... possibly in stock at another dealer ship, or aftermarket. I ask for the part number.. I found several on my own in about 15 minutes. so, I picked the truck up an brought it elsewhere to have the work done... i paid over $300 for an oil change and diagnostic fee and $970.00 for a rental pickup to cover for this vehicle while it sit in the parking lot.

I was met when I drive up by Justin Pittman and he took some pictures of the vehicle and after a short conversation on what was to be done plus software updates, he took the vehicle. I waited in the lobby and talked to my former salesman TJ and truck was ready under an hour when the text came through and Justin came to get me. I paid and emailed me the receipt and I was on my way. He had a recommendation on the next service time. Good service and nice people. Thanks

The service was adequate but I wish it was more like how they used to be when someone meet me at my car when I pulled into the bay and greeted me. Instead I have to walk in and wait for someone to notice me.

We found Nick to be helpful and knowledgeable. On the other hand the office staff seemed a bit unorganized. An offer sheet had errors and when we picked up the vehicle our file was ālostā taking unnecessary time to complete the cash payment and obtain the temporary license tag.

Went in for a check engine light. The mechanic determined it was a loose ground connector on a sensor. The vehicle did have extended warranty but they would only pay for 1.5 hours of labor plus the 1 hour diagnostic fee. Warranty advised the dealer was overcharging on labor since they were charging 4 hours of labor to re solder the sensor connector. The overall turn around time was good just felt I was over charged.
