Confirmed Service Customer
I was having trouble with my ignition switch. (it would not turn off) when I dropped it off the service advisor told me that it may be up to 8 days before they could look at it... 8 day later they told me it needed a new ignition switch.. and that the item was back ordered and estimated delivery was mid April. I ask if there was any other alternative... possibly in stock at another dealer ship, or aftermarket. I ask for the part number.. I found several on my own in about 15 minutes. so, I picked the truck up an brought it elsewhere to have the work done... i paid over $300 for an oil change and diagnostic fee and $970.00 for a rental pickup to cover for this vehicle while it sit in the parking lot.
