I had a hard time scheduling an appointment during my available times. The online scheduling did not work. I did arrive early, but was told there was someone in front of me so it would be awhile. I knew it would possibly be a little bit because I was early. I did have an appt for 3:30. I was there over an hour. I'm not sure if this is normal for a normal oil change.

I havent purchased many cars like some people. To be honest I was not looking forward to having to interact with the salesmen. They usually don't treat you well. They are pushy, don't listen to the customers needs and just rush to make a sale. My experience at Turners was the total opposite. The salesman, Martin, that I worked with was awesome. I pretty much knew when going there what I was looking for so that helped, buy Martin LISTENED to was I was wanting and did all he could to provide it. There was no attempt at upsetting like other dealership I have been told about. The finance guy Marc was also awesome. Easy to talk to and got right to the point. I would definitely recomend Turners, as a whole to anyone I no looking to get a new car.

Normas,y when I just drop in for like change and tire rotation I am in and out in less than an hour. I decided to plan better and actually made an appointment. Took over 2 hours! No updates nothing the entire time and absolutely no explanation for why it took so long. The service manager was sympathetic and kind enough to met one of his employees run me to pick up my dog from groomers before they closed and gave me a discount. He agreed it was excessive.

I was looking for a car dealer that did not load their vehicles up with a lot of extra equipment, protective packages, and other fees to try to make a killing off of one sale. I finally found one when I ran into Turner Chevrolet. Every employee there seems to want to keep your business through good customer service. And it is clear that the leadership at Turner Chevrolet encourages their employees to work as a true team to solve any problems that pop up. I could tell that the employees had no problem at all asking for clarification and help from more seasons employees and that the team spirit went all the way to the top supervisory positions. I truly felt that each and every employee that I encountered wanted to get me into a vehicle that I could afford and that would best suit me. I never felt like anyone would do anything in their best interest over my interest just to make a fast dollar.
