I had a hard time scheduling an appointment during my available times. The online scheduling did not work. I did arrive early, but was told there was someone in front of me so it would be awhile. I knew it would possibly be a little bit because I was early. I did have an appt for 3:30. I was there over an hour. I'm not sure if this is normal for a normal oil change.
