Stopped by the dealership to schedule an oil and fuel filter change appointment, take care of a recall, and then the driver door not being aligned properly. When I dropped my truck off 10-12 days later, within that time the navigation stopped working or communicating over the internet. I told the service writer and wanted that fixed also. The truck had also been in before for no sound through the radio, blinkers wouldnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t make sound no audible feed back at all. I asked for this issue to be addressed also. I get a call 4 days later that my truck was ready. We go over what was done and basically it was just the oil change and recall. Asked about the fuel filter and it wasnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t done. This was taken care of Friday. Was told the driver door was fixed, it was not. Somehow the navigation issue didnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t make it on my repair ticket and I was told I would have to schedule another appointment for that. That didnļæ½ļæ½ļæ½t make sense to me as I asked to have that looked at and fixed. I was told that would be 7 days out. Called around to other dealerships and they were less than 7 days out to get it looked at. If I take this truck to another dealership it will never be back to Turner for service.
