Confirmed Service Customer
I was the 4th car to arrive at dealership at 7:45am and the entrance was still locked. I told the service person give oil change, rotate tire and repair rear tire( losing air). 2 1/2 hrs later and the last person to leaving, over $130 for a oil change. The tire was not fixed( this is the 2nd time).Not good.

Your people were very professional and friendly I appreciated that but were unable to help me. My paint on my 2016 suburban is failing . I keep my vehicle in the carport and take very good care of it, itļæ½ļæ½ļæ½s very very disappointing to see the paint looking so sad.

I had a hard time scheduling an appointment during my available times. The online scheduling did not work. I did arrive early, but was told there was someone in front of me so it would be awhile. I knew it would possibly be a little bit because I was early. I did have an appt for 3:30. I was there over an hour. I'm not sure if this is normal for a normal oil change.
