I wasn't aware of the 584 miles on the vehicle. I brought the vehicle in 3 days later after my purchase complaining about the alignment. I was brushed off and told that there's nothing wrong but I could schedule a service appointment. I told my car salesman that i wasn't safe with driving the vehicle. I also stated to him that I wasn't happy with my purchase. The very next day I was driving home from work sitting in traffic and I heard a boom. The back window exploded. I immediately drove the vehicle back to the dealership and was told that something had to hit the window because they never heard of it. I was also told that there's nothing that they can do because they already got paid for the vehicle. I had to file a claim with my insurance company and can't drive my vehicle because the glass is on back order for over a week and counting. I'm so stressed out and frustrated. I am a repeat customer but after this situation I wouldn't recommend Turner chevrolet to my worst enemy.

Was having a overheating issue with truck the day after I took delivery and brought it back to dealership. They immediately took to service where they promptly began trying to figure it out. After several hours they had issue you solved and had me back on the road. Service after the sale is most important. They all did a great job

payment was more complicated than it should be. I paid cash, Turner Chev would not take a check or debit card. I had to go to my bank the next day and get a cashiers check, cost $10, then take it to the dealer to complete the sale. I should not have to pay to pay.
