Confirmed Service Customer
It took 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. It sat for a week before they ever did the diagnostic test. Then when they fixed the part, they let me know the check engine light was still on. It took them two more days to get the check engine light off. They never offered a rental car. They had the truck so long they could have offered to detail it, fill it up with gas, etc. while it sat there waiting for diagnostic, and waiting for part to come in.

scheduled my appointment - arrived they said they said oh X changed your appointment to 4:30 i said no i scheduled it for noon.( no call before hand of any changes) ok we will have two technicians we will get right on it be 1:30 hours .. ok thanks i leave for lunch come back 2 hours later they said oh we didn't get started yet. X is gonna get on it right now.. - i'm furious cause at this point my ride had left.. and it's cold out. me and my mom go into waiting room. they said be only 30 more minutes. another hour and half past and they kept coming up with excuses of why i'm not even started.. again i got there at 11:45 for my noon appointment and now its 4 and finally done. then they over charged me from what i originally signed up off the GM app for my service was 70 and they said it was $119 they eventually changed it but im annoyed that they didnt know what they were doing or how to get the service in timely manner since i did have appointment.. i also asked if they could look at my side door cause wind sounds . my truck is a a new truck and they told me sorry can't look be 2 weeks.. ok gotcha 2 weeks fro someone to look . i understand they might not can fix it the same day but no one can look... smdh

First I took my car to fix an engine problem, and they discovered that it was not the engine but rather the connection between the engine and the transmission and they repaired it. All good. A few days later it started to fail and had something hanging under the car, I took it again and they changed the oil, which was clean, and they put a tire on it that had burst. Then they called me because the left turn signal wasn't working and they had to change the entire electrical system. 2, 3, maybe 4 months passed and I had to pick up my car without that fix. I asked who would pay for the rental and they simply said I don't know.

I had an appointment at 2pm. I know I arrived at 1:30pm but I didnāt mind waiting. 2 hours later my Vehicle was ready if I hadnāt had to go to the counter to check the status of my vehicle. They did offer some recommendations but at that time I was tired of waiting for so long. I need to look for another Chevy dealership so I donāt have wait for so long. People have stuff to do instead of just āhurry up and waitā

I was agitated and about to be done with GM vehicles due to a dashboard warning reading " SERVICE ESC Ron Craft Baytown made it worse when I contacted them about the issue. (BAD and RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE) Turner was patient when I contacted them and listened to me explain my situation. they diagnosed the problem and fixed it leaving me very happy. The battery was changed and a few other services were completed. When I asked about checking my sunroof as it's not opening, I was told that's a maintenance issue and a different department. Really? It's all a service, right? And whoever the office worker is showed no professionalism as she screamed questions from her office to the guys upfront instead of getting out of her chair and walking up there. She had no consideration for the customers waiting to be helped.
