Confirmed Service Customer
Brought my truck in at 10 A.M. on 5/10/2024 for new tires/alignment, oil change and wiper blades. There was a mix up on the tires which was my fault- thought I had 20"s but they were 18's. I blame that on myself. On Friday 5/10/24 all the service department did was an oil change and change my wiper blades and it took 4 hours for that and I had to call them to see if it was ready. Ordered the tires Friday when I picked my truck up to be installed on the following Monday 5/13/2024 I got there after work around 3:35 to get the new tires installed and an alignment. The install finally was finished around 6P.M. but was unable to do the alignment due to time and I was not waiting any longer. Now the service guy informed me that my tire sensor was bad and it would cost me 115. My tire sensor was fine before the new tires. The service is usually pretty good at Turner, but this time it was extremely horrible.

I took my 2019 Denali in for a problem with my SD card or SD card reader. When I went to 2 other GMC dealers 1 wanted 2 or 3days to get started on it and the other 5 to 7 days . people cant be without their vehicles that long or I can't. I made my appt dropped my truck off and by the next morning I recieved a call as to what the problem was, authorized the work and my truck was repaired. All in a timely fashion.
