I was agitated and about to be done with GM vehicles due to a dashboard warning reading " SERVICE ESC Ron Craft Baytown made it worse when I contacted them about the issue. (BAD and RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE) Turner was patient when I contacted them and listened to me explain my situation. they diagnosed the problem and fixed it leaving me very happy.
